About NFBS

Hello everyone,

My name is Sang-Kyu Na, and I have been inaugurated as the 18th President of the National Federation of Beauty Suppliers.

As the new year of 2025 dawns, the difficulties faced by our wholesalers and retailers are deepening amidst political and economic instability in the United States and the rapidly changing environment of the international market. This reality weighs heavily on all of our hearts.

However, as we have already stated, our general association, in the spirit of reform, will not stop at mere external changes, but will be reborn as an organization that provides practical help to not only association members but also all wholesale and retail workers with a new mindset and practical actions.

I am confident that if we work together, our beauty industry will surely move forward on the path of mutual growth and development.

As the Chairman of the General Assembly, I, Sang-Kyu Na, will carry out each and every promise I have made to you.

First, we will actively restore exchanges with non-member and withdrawn regional associations.

Second, we will promote nationwide joint purchasing at least twice a year that will provide practical help to association members.

Third, we will make the Trade Show held annually go beyond a simple business event and become a festival for all those in the beauty industry to enjoy together.

We will realistically and step by step implement all of these plans to reestablish the status of the General Assembly.

To this end, I will faithfully fulfill my role as chairman in a more humble manner. In addition, I will actively collect opinions from as many people as possible, including members of each regional association, directors, related organizations, and media outlets.

I ask for your continued interest and active participation, and I will conclude my brief inaugural address.

thank you
